Advanced Practice Provider Medical Oncology
About the role
As a part-time Advanced Practice Provider in Medical Oncology, you will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience. In this role, you will support Teleoncology physicians at St. James Hospital and provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to adults with solid tumor malignancies. You will play a key role in treatment planning and symptom management while collaborating closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary cancer care team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
- Support patients through complex treatment decisions and care transitions
Requirements
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
- Active, unobstructed Montana APRN or PA license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
- Chemotherapy/biotherapy card or willingness to obtain within 12 months of employment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $56.76 - $87.59
Schedule
Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. You will be required to work every other Friday. No call required.
