About the role
We are seeking a Medical Oncologist for outpatient clinic coverage in a large, community-focused hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient care for adult patients with a caseload of 15-18 patients daily.
- Manage treatment plans and document all encounters accurately using the EPIC EMR system.
- Participate in call coverage, primarily via phone during evening hours.
- Collaborate with a support team comprising an RN, MA, and APP.
Requirements
- Active Indiana medical license.
- Board certification is negotiable.
- Strong clinical documentation and patient management skills.
Schedule
- Workdays are Tuesdays and Thursdays, with evening call duties.
