About the role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Oncologist to join a growing practice in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide and manage direct patient care through examinations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Prescribe medications and treatment regimens tailored to patient conditions.
- Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care with nursing and support staff.
- Participate in health promotion, education, and prevention programs as appropriate.
- Monitor, assess, and document symptoms, reactions, and patient progress.
- Demonstrate knowledge of drugs, non-pharmaceutical aids, and patient education on medication use.
Requirements
- Strong clinical skills in oncology, including chemotherapy, hormonal, and biological therapies.
- Ability to lead patient care activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent assessment, observational, and communication skills.
