Medical Office RN/LPN/MA / Wound Healing Center / Per Diem

Job Description

• Assists physician or provider with patient assessment, examinations and treatments.
• Documents patient care observations and activities according to professional standards and procedures.
• Administers routine injections under the direction and supervision of a provider.
• Promptly responds to patient phone calls and concerns.
• Trairs patient phones calls, in accordance with office policy.
• Obtains specimens (i.e. throat, urine, wound, etc) using proper technique and following policy and protocol for labeling.

Minimum Requirements

• Required License/Certification: Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Nursing with current license to practice as an RN in the State of Ohio.
• LPN License
• Certified or Registered MA
