About the role
The healthcare organization is seeking a Provider Liaison to support primary care provider offices.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate quality performance reports via email, phone, and Zoom meetings.
- Answer incoming emails, faxes, and phone calls from assigned provider offices.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with providers and office staff.
- Monitor and audit quality measure completion by reviewing systems such as LabCorp, RadNet, NextGen, and qHMO.
- Conduct outreach to members by phone and Artera to support completion of quality measures and preventive care services.
- Afford assistance with resolving provider questions and concerns related to quality reporting and compliance.
- Support provider education on quality measures and reporting tools.
- Document all activities and communications in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Perform general administrative duties including scanning, printing, faxing, and data entry.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or managed care environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient computer and data entry skills.
- Experience performing administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, and faxing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working with physicians, provider offices, health plans, or healthcare organizations.
- Comfortable communicating with both providers and patients.
- Organized, professional, and service-oriented.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality measures, EMR systems, or managed care is a plus.
