About the role
As the Office Assistant you will assist leadership with routine clerical/office and computer related tasks including filing, scheduling, and data entry, as well as processing workflow tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Assists with routine clerical/office tasks, answers telephone calls, and delivers messages
- Pulls, reviews, and follows up on reports of orders recert and unverified visits
- Maintains an up-to-date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriate
- Completes discharge chart reviews, performs audits, processes orders to/from physicians, and tracks for timely receipt
- Communicates professionally within the organization and with external sources (physicians, patients, family members, referral sources, etc.)
Requirements
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- Computer skills, clerical-business machine skills, telephone communication skills, and typing ability
- General clerical skills and organizational skills

Pay
The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $21.65 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
