Medical Navigator (Full Time)

About the Role

Facilitate the patient/guests experiences at Mercy by providing personal, professional, and compassionate service. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

The Medical Navigator provides personalized support throughout the patient experience, coordinating care, managing logistics, facilitating communication, and helping patients navigate treatment plans. This role ensures a smooth, efficient process while delivering exceptional service and support to patients and their families.

Mercy Surgery Center, Springfield, Missouri

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous experience in a Medical Office or customer service position
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred: BLS certification
