Responsibilities
Mentor and develop associate veterinarians.
Partner with the Practice Manager to build a healthy and engaged team.
Drive continuous improvement in patient care and client service.
Set the example for medical excellence, client service, and efficiency.
Manage hospital financial performance toward an EBITDA goal.
Foster a culture of growth through monthly doctor meetings, externship, and mentorship programs.
Serve as an ambassador for the hospital and Mission Pet Health through community engagement.
Requirements
DVM degree and valid state license in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of practical clinical experience.
Service-oriented leadership mentality and strong relationship-building skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Understanding or willingness to learn about hospital financial and operational management.
Proficiency in intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
Enthusiasm for a progressive, growth-oriented culture.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
Valid state license in good standing.
