Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

We are seeking a Medical Technologist (MT) - Registered or a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) - Registered to perform laboratory procedures across various departments, including Chemistry, Hematology, and Urinalysis. Responsibilities include conducting tests, quality control, troubleshooting, maintenance, specimen collection, and providing technical support to staff and providers. The role involves working under supervision within a collaborative team, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with CLIA and HIPAA regulations. Qualifications include a relevant bachelor’s degree, certification from ASCP or AMT, CPR/AED certification, and strong knowledge of laboratory practices. Key skills encompass accuracy, troubleshooting, independent work, excellent communication, and cultural sensitivity. Additional duties involve maintaining high-quality standards, supporting laboratory operations, and upholding organizational policies while contributing to community health initiatives.
