About the role
Under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager or designee, you will provide laboratory services to meet patient needs in accordance with accepted standards and practices. Perform laboratory procedures for diagnosing and monitoring medical treatment, maintain all chemistry analyzers, and train others on proper procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, or Bachelor degree in a laboratory-related science (e.g., microbiology, allied health) accompanied by an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Current BLS certificate.
- Adherence to all State, Federal, and accrediting body regulations.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Certified as Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS); ASCP, AMT(HHS).
- Three years of previous clinical laboratory experience.
