Medical Laboratory Technician

About the role

We are seeking a full-time weekend only night shift MLT to join our team at HCA Healthcare Colleton Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Performs tests and procedures in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory
• Accurate results and proper use of quality control materials
• Evaluation of test results and recognizing interdependencies
• Participation in continuing education, competency, and proficiency testing

Requirements

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must be currently certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician by ASCP or AMT
• Education: Associates degree plus completion of an approved MLT program
• Experience: Prefer hospital laboratory experience

Pay

The position offers a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service) in the 401(k) Plan.
