About the role

Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician, performing and reporting analyses from various specimens to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen processing, analysis, and reporting while ensuring proper handling and identification.
• Manage multiple workflows efficiently, maintain instrument functions, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Replenish supplies, follow accessioning procedures, and recognize discrepancies.
• Participate in quality control, documentation, and adhere to reporting protocols.
• Assist in training new staff and stay current with ongoing education and competency exams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an associate degree with certification for Technicians.
• Certification from accredited programs or eligible to obtain certification.
• Experience or military background in medical laboratory fields is welcomed.
• Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and computer proficiency.
