Responsibilities
- Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting, and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, instrument calibrations, and maintenance.
- Adhere to quality control policies and report deviations from performance specifications.
- Identify and address issues affecting test performance or reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field.
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred, but not required.
- Medical Technologist (ASCP) certification preferred.
Qualifications
