Responsibilities

• Perform clinic and hospital lab work including general chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, blood bank, and coag testing
• Test for Influenza A/B/RSV and Streps
• Conduct phlebotomy, EKGs, Holter monitors, stress tests, and DOT drug tests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in laboratory or biological sciences required
• National certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) through an approved HHS agency (e.g., ASCP)
• Licensure by the ND Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice if working in North Dakota
• Maintain continuing education credits
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required
