Role Overview The Medical Technologist, under the supervision of the Section Supervisor, utilizes professional knowledge to perform technical, physical, clerical, and quality assurance duties within the laboratory. Key Responsibilities Performing laboratory testing and analysis to ensure accurate results.Maintaining quality assurance protocols and documentation.Supporting clinical laboratory operations in a hospital setting.Employing technical judgment and adhering to CLIA requirements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or equivalent science field.Preferred: 1 year of work experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably in a hospital environment.Strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and knowledge of laboratory procedures. Additional Information This role is full-time, evening shift, onsite at a hospital location. Compensation ranges from $28.86 to $44.81 hourly, with potential additional incentives.
