• Performs routine laboratory tests in various sections of the laboratory.
• Reports to the Director of Laboratory Services.
• Does not directly treat or care for patients.
• Accesses demographic, clinical, insurance, financial, and complete medical record information.
• Exposure to occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present.

Requirements

• Education: Requires an Associate's Degree in Science.
• Certification: Preferred MLT certification through ASCP or AMT.
