Responsibilities
- Independently perform, interpret, and correlate clinical laboratory tests to assist physician diagnosis and treatment.
- Perform testing according to policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Required for Medical Laboratory Technician:
- Diploma
- Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) license within 9 months of hire.
Required for Medical Laboratory Scientist:
- Bachelor’s degree
- One of the following certifications within 9 months of hire:
- Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
- Molecular Biology (MB)
- Specialist in Microbiology (SM)
- Technologist in Microbiology (M)
