Responsibilities
- Perform moderate to high complex testing and waived testing procedures and reports test results.
- Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Perform quality control testing.
- Maintain supplies needed for performance of tests.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures and drug screen collections according to policy and procedure.
- Accurately register client samples, results with comments, order tests, cancel and add tests as required.
- Handle with Care participation annually or CPI participation every 2 years.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Science (May be grandfathered in with Certification or Diploma).
- TN MLT license preferred but not required.
- ASCP (MLT) Certification required.
Qualifications
- Critical thinking skills.
- Decisive judgment.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Pay
Commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Night shift from 6pm-6am.
