Medical Lab Technician (MLT)

Around the Role

This position floats to satellite clinic locations of Breezy Point, Baxter, & Crosby - Super One. Hours vary between 8-10 hour shifts. Every other Saturday (4 hour shift) required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blood and other body fluids to aid in diagnosis and treatment of various conditions
• Ensure accurate and efficient testing
• Maintain high standards of specimen integrity
• Timely reporting of results
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate lab findings into overall patient care strategies
• Operate and troubleshoot sophisticated laboratory equipment
• Maintain rigorous quality control to ensure the reliability of every test
• Perform both complex technical tasks and routine maintenance and clerical responsibilities

Requirements

• Able to provide a copy of the highest diploma or degree attained
• ASCP, NCA, or AMT certification within one year of hire
• Associate Degree in Medical Technology for Clinical Laboratory Science

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience in this role.
