About the role
- Performs, calculates and reports selected routine laboratory tests and helps maintain equipment.
- Recognizes abnormal results and instrument or quality control problems.
- Notifies supervisor and follows preset strategies to recheck these findings.
Requirements
- Medical Laboratory Technician certified or certificate eligible.
- If certificate eligible, certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire date (tracked by department).
Weekend Schedule
Weekend commitment is 1.5 weekends per month.
