How you'll contribute

• Performs common testing procedures and reports test results.
• Performs instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Performs quality control testing.
• Maintains supplies needed for performance of tests.
• Labs specimens using age-appropriate techniques.
• Aids in receiving, identifying, accessioning, processing, and transporting specimens.
• Maintains work area in a safe, aseptic, and organized manner.

What we're looking for

• A current Tennessee MLT (ASCP) certification or AMT license.
• An Associates of Applied Science degree in Clinical Lab Technology or equivalent certification by a CLIA approved credentialing organization.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 60 days of hire.

Central Carolina Hospital is a 137-bed acute care hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the Lee County community for over 115 years.
