Medical Lab Technician
How you'll contribute
- Performs common testing procedures and reports test results.
- Performs instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Performs quality control testing.
- Maintains supplies needed for performance of tests.
- Labs specimens using age-appropriate techniques.
- Aids in receiving, identifying, accessioning, processing, and transporting specimens.
- Maintains work area in a safe, aseptic, and organized manner.

What we're looking for
- A current Tennessee MLT (ASCP) certification or AMT license.
- An Associates of Applied Science degree in Clinical Lab Technology or equivalent certification by a CLIA approved credentialing organization.
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 60 days of hire.

Central Carolina Hospital is a 137-bed acute care hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the Lee County community for over 115 years.
