Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient needs, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial aspects.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
