Position Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the medical industry/familiarity with medical terminology (preferably with DME and Home Healthcare)
• High-school diploma or GED

Must Have

• Mandatory Medical Collections Experience

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized office environment
• Monitor enteral formula storage temperatures per safety standards
• Conduct routine safety checks (including fire extinguisher inspections)
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
• Maintain clean and dirty equipment areas per health protocols
• Assist customers, vendors, and surveyors during visits

Pay

Competitive hourly pay starting at $19.00 per hour + weekly stipend
