Medical Imaging Specialist - MRI - Full-time/Days

About the Role

The Medical Imaging Specialist (MIS) is an unlicensed multi-skilled worker who supports patient care by performing specific technical tasks and support functions as delegated by a licensed provider. Supervised by a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, the MIS works within a team environment and manages multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks and support functions to assist licensed providers in delivering patient care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (required).
• Program graduate of a patient care program (e.g., CNA, MA, or EMT) (preferred).
• BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer (required).
• Pediatric experience (minimum six months preferred).
• Bilingual skills (preferred).

Qualifications

• MA – Medical Assistant certification (preferred).
• CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant certification (preferred).
• EMT – Emergency Medical Technician certification (preferred).

Pay

$24.15 – $35.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Day shift.
• Full-time (100% FTE).
• 40 scheduled weekly hours (8 hours daily).
