Medical Imaging Field Engineer 1 - Louisville/Lexington, KY

Responsibilities

• Service CT, Pet CT, and Nuclear Medicine Imaging Equipment in the Louisville/Lexington, KY area.
• Install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Train operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget goals.
• Manage company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
• Perform necessary administrative duties accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2+ Years of field service experience is desired.
• Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.

Qualifications

• Physical Requirements: Lifting 50lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone.

Skills

• Familiarity with Medical Imaging Equipment service, preventative maintenance, and modifications.
• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.

Pay

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $45,180 - $62,128. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

This position requires a shift after onboarding/training, with hours of Mon-Fri 4:00PM - 12:00AM. Eligible for additional shift differential pay.
