Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Deliver timely and effective repairs, and train operators to ensure optimal system performance, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.
- Manage company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc., and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
- Perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
- Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
- 5-8+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments.
- Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.
- Excellent judgment in customer relations and resource management; strong competency in instrument systems technology to include mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology; experience with electronics, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Skills
- Familiarity with performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
- Ability to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, and perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment.
- General understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.

Pay
The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $67,550 - $92,884. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Qualifications
To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).
