Responsibilities
- Aid the technologist in starting IVs
- Provide excellent patient care on a mobile medical route, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality
- Transport patients between the medical facility and the mobile scanner
- Assist the Medical Technologist in completing relevant forms and positioning patients for examinations
- Complete necessary administrative tasks such as time/activity reports and billing
Qualifications
- Phlebotomy/IV experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check, urine drug screen, and physical
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Minimum age of 21 years
