Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business required
• Four years of experience in Healthcare/Medical
• Highly developed verbal, written, and analytical skills
• Group facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously
• Self-motivation and ability to perform with minimal supervision
• Supports UF Health Central Florida mission, vision, and values
• Maintains a high level of responsibility
• Knowledge of using a Medical Staff Development Plan to meet community needs for various medical specialties
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
