Medical Gas Project Manager

We are a top Plumbing and Medical gas contractor in the Florida Market. We have been in business for over 20 years and have successfully completed complex medical gas and plumbing jobs across the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of projects, including planning, design, construction, and completion.
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals are met.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to project plans as required.
• Cooking and supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring the quality of work and materials meet or exceed industry standards and project specifications.
• Resolving any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Continually seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on medical gas systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proven experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
