Medical Equipment Setup, CSR

Job Responsibilities

• Set up CPAPs, Respiratory Assist Devices (RADs), and manage compliance
• Manage CPAP/RAD supplies and inquiries/orders
• Call missed mdINR appointments
• Manage Oximetry process
• Complete other tasks assigned/related to the functionality of the center

Requirements

• Timely and professional CPAP/RAD setups
• Completion of required documentation and patient instruction
• Cleaning of rental equipment according to policies and procedures
• Maintenance of CPAP/RAD Compliance report and follow-up with non-compliant patients
• Insurance verification, supply confirmation, and shipping arrangements for CPAP/RAD supplies
• Maintenance of oximetry process
• Participation in on-call responsibilities based on center size and staffing needs
• Professional representation of the company through personal appearance and patient care activities
• Ability to serve as a backup for other employees

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle

$15.50-$23 per hour
