Medical Equipment Setup, CSR

Job Responsibilities

• Set up CPAPs, Respiratory Assist Devices (RADs), and other DME in patients' homes
• Complete all required documentation and instruct patients on the safe and proper use of equipment
• Clean rental equipment when returned to the center
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/storage area
• Monitor and follow up on CPAP/RAD Compliance reports
• Manage patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification and supply arrangements
• Monitor and follow up on mdINR Compliance reports
• Manage the center's oximetry process
• Follow applicable company policies and procedures, including the Safety & Regulatory Manual
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed
• Represent the company professionally through personal appearance and patient care activities
• Serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or other periods of absence
• Use a personal vehicle and have a valid driver's license
