Medical Equipment Setup, CSR

Job Responsibilities

• Set up CPAPs, Respiratory Assist Devices (RADs), and manage CPAP/RAD compliance
• Manage CPAP/RAD supplies and inquiries/orders
• Call missed mdINR appointments
• Manage Oximetry process
• Complete all other tasks assigned/related to the functionality of the center

Qualifications

• Proficient in completing required documentation and instructing patients on equipment use
• Ability to clean rental equipment according to policies and procedures
• Knowledge of CPAP/RAD and mdINR Compliance reports and follow-up processes
• Experience managing inventory and supply requests
• Understanding of applicable company policies and procedures, including safety and regulatory manuals
• Ability to represent the company professionally and participate in on-call responsibilities
• Use of personal vehicle and valid driver's license required

Pay

$15 - $20 per hour
