Medical Equipment Setup, CSR

Responsibilities

• Set up CPAPs and Respiratory Assist Devices (RADs) in a timely and professional manner.
• May also set up oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes, completing all required documentation and instructing patients on safe and proper use.
• Clean rental equipment returned to the center in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/storage area.
• Monitor CPAP/RAD compliance reports and follow up with non‑compliant patients.
• Receive and respond to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification, confirming specific supplies needed, and arranging shipment to the patient.
• Monitor mdINR compliance reports and follow up with non‑compliant patients.
• Manage the center’s oximetry process.
• Follow applicable company policies and procedures, including those in the Safety & Regulatory Manual (General Safety, OSHA, Emergency Planning, etc.).
• Participate in on‑call responsibilities for the center, with frequency based on center size and staffing.
• Represent the company through professional personal appearance and patient‑care activities.
• Serve as a backup to other employees during vacation, illness, or other periods of absenteeism.

Requirements

• Use of a personal vehicle is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
