Medical Equipment Setup, CSR

Respiratory Therapy Specialist role focused on CPAP and Respiratory Assist Device (RAD) setup, compliance, and supply management.

Responsibilities

• Perform CPAP/RAD setups in a timely, professional manner, including oxygen equipment and other durable medical equipment (DME) in patients’ homes.
• Complete all required documentation and instruct patients on safe, proper equipment use.
• Clean rental equipment upon return, following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area.
• Monitor CPAP/RAD compliance reports and follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Respond to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies: verify insurance, confirm specific supplies needed, and arrange shipment.
• Monitor mdINR compliance reports and follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Manage the center’s oximetry process.
• Adhere to company policies, including Safety & Regulatory Manual (General Safety, OSHA, Emergency Planning).
• Participate in on-call responsibilities; frequency depends on center size and staffing.
• Maintain professional appearance and patient care standards.
• Serve as backup for other employees during absences (vacation, illness, etc.).
• Use personal vehicle for work; valid driver’s license required.

Pay

$15.50–$23 per hour.
