Medical Equipment Setup, CSR

Responsibilities

• Set up CPAPs and Respiratory Assist Devices (RADs) in a timely and professional manner
• Perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes as needed
• Complete all required documentation and instruct patients on the safe and proper use of equipment
• Clean rental equipment when returned to the center, in accordance with policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area
• Monitor CPAP/RAD Compliance report and follow up with non-compliant patients
• Receive and respond to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification and arranging for shipment
• Monitor mdINR Compliance report and follow up with non-compliant patients
• Manage the center's oximetry process
• Follow applicable policies and procedures, including those in the Safety & Regulatory Manual
• Participate in on-call responsibilities for the center
• Represent the company through professional personal appearance and patient care activities
• May serve as a backup to other employees for vacation, illness, or other periods of absenteeism

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle

This role requires a professional and timely approach to setting up equipment, managing supplies, and interacting with patients.
