About the role

We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and customer-focused individual to join as a Medical Equipment Driver & Customer Service Technician. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, maintain, and retrieve medical equipment
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and safety
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare facilities
• Complete delivery and patient documentation
• Support branch operations and after-hours patient needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• 1+ year of delivery, customer service, or logistics experience preferred
• Healthcare/DME experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
