Medical Equipment Driver & Customer Service

About the role

Looking for a rewarding healthcare role where you can help people every day? We’re hiring a Customer Service Technician in Menominee, MI to deliver and set up medical equipment and provide excellent patient service. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up medical equipment, oxygen, and healthcare supplies in patients’ homes.
• Provide friendly customer service and patient support in person and over the phone.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use of equipment.
• Complete delivery paperwork and assist with patient intake and insurance verification.
• Drive locally to patient homes and maintain a safe, clean vehicle.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Healthcare, DME, medical equipment, delivery, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning how medical equipment works.

Pay

$19–20 per hour plus bonus opportunity.
