Position Summary

Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Become an expert in our AI based care delivery model, which uses data driven models to provide quality care efficiently
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clinical practice within our consumer and partnership clinics
- Owner of clinical policy and regulatory oversight within Virtual Clinic
- Collaborate with Practice Manager to assess opportunities for continued operational improvement
- Participate in the customization, development, design, standardization, implementation, and review of medical operations, protocols, and data to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency
- Lead a partnership clinic, from development to launch, be accountable for the oversight and management of clinic operations and practicing clinicians
- Provide clinical expertise to both internal teams (operations, product, medical, regulatory, non-clinical, marketing, and data science) and external teams to ensure that clinical needs and business strategies are met
- Share regular updates and create presentations to the Medical Leadership Team as well as other key stakeholders
- Develop and deliver best in class training for all clinical team members. Modifying as needed to meet the standards and requirements of each partner system
- Establish excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners both internally and externally
- Responsible for timely delivery of high-quality clinical quality data and tools, working in concert with data science and analytics teams
- Aid in the establishment, maintenance and communication of appropriate policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines
- Work with the operations team to develop and maintain scalable processes and procedures for the medical team
- Lead or assist in writing, reviewing, and/or approving clinical project deliverables such as scope definition documents, product integration, handbooks, manuals, QA monitoring plan and tools, patient safety management, close-out and handoff plans, and readiness plans
- Assist with the development of media, presentations, and demonstrations
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of post residency experience
- Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages in a remote setting
- Comfortable with EMRs, MUST have EPIC experience
- Prior experience in a leadership role preferred but not required
- Experience in start-up environments and Telemedicine; however, other relevant experiences and skills may be considered by the hiring manager
- Effective leadership and critical thinking skills and proven ability to foster team productivity, unity, and cohesiveness
- Highly motivated self starter who thrives working in fast-paced innovative environment while remaining flexible, agile, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- Comfortable with technology and digital health
- Willingness to work clinically (25-50%)
- Local to NY City area is preferred
- Some travel (domestic and international) up to 30%
