Medical Director - General Otolaryngology Physician (Adult & Pediatric) - Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general ENT care to adult and pediatric patients
- Diagnose and manage conditions involving the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
- Perform office-based ENT procedures consistent with training and interest
- Collaborate with referring physicians to deliver timely, patient-centered care
- Participate in quality improvement and care standardization initiatives
- Serve as physician leader for ENT services
- Partner with hospital and medical group leadership on quality, growth, and access initiatives
- Lead clinical governance, including peer review, standardization, and best practices
- Support ENT recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
- Help shape the future-state of ENT strategy, including technology adoption and workflow innovation
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery
- Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider)
- Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation
