Medical Director - General Otolaryngology Physician (Adult & Pediatric) - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general ENT care to adult and pediatric patients
• Diagnose and manage conditions involving the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
• Perform office-based ENT procedures consistent with training and interest
• Collaborate with referring physicians to deliver timely, patient-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement and care standardization initiatives
• Serve as physician leader for ENT services
• Partner with hospital and medical group leadership on quality, growth, and access initiatives
• Lead clinical governance, including peer review, standardization, and best practices
• Support ENT recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
• Help shape the future-state of ENT strategy, including technology adoption and workflow innovation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery
• Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider)
• Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation

Qualifications

• Education & Licensure: Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain), Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license, Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider), Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation
