Medical Director (Full-Time)
Primary Responsibilities
- Performs prior authorization reviews of chemotherapy treatment requests, which include peer-to-peer consultations with treating physicians, as needed
- Quality improvement activities focused on accuracy, efficiency, and rapid uptake of emerging evidence
- Serves as clinical expert for strategic initiatives focused on real-world oncology data and analytics
- Collaborates with nurses, pharmacists, other clinicians, and data analysts on research projects, publications, and presentations
About You
- M.D. or equivalent degree required
- Board certification in an oncology-focused specialty and current unrestricted medical license in good standing recognized in the United States
- 3 years of post-training clinical practice experience

- MS Office Suite proficient
About the Location
The majority of the team will be remote or in hybrid work arrangements with offices in Atlanta, GA and Guaynabo, PR. We are open to employees nationwide but work primarily in the Eastern and Central Time Zones.

Our system improves quality of care, reduces provider abrasion, and gives health plans visibility into the total cost of oncology treatment.
