About the Role
Translate patient care journeys into accurate diagnostic and procedural data to ensure high-quality medical records and seamless, compliant insurance reimbursement. Collaborate directly with physicians to clarify ambiguous medical documentation, fostering an environment of accurate, comprehensive, and clear clinical storytelling. Lead proactive chart audits and provide constructive education to physicians and fellow associates, elevating the overall standard of our clinical documentation. Uphold the highest ethical standards in health information management by aligning daily operations with official national coding guidelines and industry best practices.

Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Qualifications
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
