About the role

HCC Coding Validation Specialists are needed to ensure accurate coding practices in healthcare settings. This role involves reviewing medical records and coding documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and coding documentation for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to resolve coding issues and enhance coding practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Coding, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare coding or related field.
• Knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10-CM, and other relevant coding systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
