About the Role
Sanitas is a global healthcare organization expanding across the United States, offering services including primary care, urgent care, nutrition, lab, diagnostic, and healthcare education. We are seeking a Medical Center Supervisor to manage and operate medical practices across all specialty disciplines and clinic sites, ensuring patient needs are met and financial objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Patient Experience: Achieve NPS goals, manage patient delays, ensure patients are informed about next steps, gather patient feedback, and address complaints to reduce the complaints ratio.
- Scheduling: Ensure appointment availability meets goals, coordinate with providers to resolve challenges, and manage pre-visit planning.
- Visit Management: Optimize PCP visit satisfaction, reduce no-show rates, monitor operational processes, and ensure referrals and HIM processes are followed.
- Urgent Care, Laboratory, and Diagnosing Imaging: Ensure patient satisfaction and operational excellence in UC, LAB, and DI visits, manage installed capacity, and coordinate with DI leadership for improvements.
- Telephone Encounters: Address telephone encounter buckets daily within 24 hours.
- Human Resources: Ensure proper staffing, monitor and approve overtime, recognize employee performance, promote teamwork, and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Facilities Maintenance: Ensure facility cleanliness, address equipment issues, and coordinate preventive maintenance tasks.
- Reports: Generate and analyze reports to ensure patient and staff satisfaction.
- New Products and Services: Support implementation of new products and services at the Medical Center.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage packing slips, inventories, timesheets, and report system issues to IT.
- Growth and Emergency Preparedness: Encourage growth, activate emergency plans, and ensure safety policies are followed.
- Safety: Train employees on safety policies, enforce safe work practices, and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
