OSIS is seeking a Billing Tech II to execute revenue cycle workflows and foster strong relationships with our valued Members and RCR Customers. Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end revenue cycle tasks: transactions, AR, coding, reconciliations, denials, appeals, and more
• Navigate federal, state, and payer websites to support billing and compliance
• Research coding and billing requirements to ensure accurate submissions
• Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs and support organizational goals
• Participate in committees, mentor junior team members, and support training initiatives
• Analyze workflows and recommend best practices using NextGen PM

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare billing experience
• 2+ years' experience with NextGen
• Familiarity with clearinghouses and healthcare portals
• Proficiency in ICD-10 and CPT coding
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals

Qualifications

• Experience with FQHC, dental, and behavioral health billing (preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Excel (preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with NextGen EPM, EDR, and Optical (preferred)
• NextGen Certified Professional (NCP) or willingness to certify within 6 months (preferred)

Pay

Hourly Rate Range: $17.88 - $26.83

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (occasional evenings/weekends); Cable or Fiber Internet with minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps; Limited travel: 5–10 days/year.
