What You’ll Do Perform end-to-end revenue cycle tasks: transactions, AR, coding, reconciliations, denials, appeals, and moreNavigate federal, state, and payer websites to support billing and complianceResearch coding and billing requirements to ensure accurate submissionsCollaborate across departments to meet customer needs and support organizational goalsParticipate in committees, mentor junior team members, and support training initiativesAnalyze workflows and recommend best practices using NextGen PM What You'll Bring Required 2+ years of healthcare billing experience2+years' experience with NextGenFamiliarity with clearinghouses and healthcare portalsProficiency in ICD-10 and CPT codingOutstanding communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and meet productivity goals Preferred Experience with FQHC, dental, and behavioral health billingProficiency with MS ExcelHands-on experience with NextGen EPM, EDR, and OpticalNextGen Certified Professional (NCP) or willingness to certify within 6 months Work From Home Requirements & Schedule Cable or Fiber Internet with minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 5 MbpsMonday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (occasional evenings/weekends)Limited travel: 5–10 days/year Why OSIS?
