Medical Biller - $25/HR
The Medical Beller position is now open for a clinic in Edina, MN. Must have previous medical billing and coding experience.
About the role
Manage all billing and coding functions for the practice. Prepare and submit insurance claims for medical procedures and services. Process insurance payments and manage billing workflows. Perform charge entry, including entering bills into the system and posting payments. Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances and collect payments. Review and resolve claim denials; advocate with insurance companies to secure payment. Ensure accuracy and compliance in billing and coding processes. Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records. Demonstrate confidence and persistence when working with insurance providers.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical billing and coding experience.
- 1+ year of charge entry experience.
- EMR experience.
- Experience using NextGen or Nextech preferred.

Pay and Benefits
