Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome patients and prepare them for their visit
- Answer care-related questions thoughtfully
- Support hands-on patient care during procedures
- Capture detailed visit notes
- Fulfill prescription orders
- Assist with other tasks to ensure appointments are smooth and complete
- Stay on top of clinic supplies and equipment
- Maintain a positive, supportive environment by being a reliable teammate
- Find creative ways to work smarter and more efficiently
Qualifications/Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the United States without restriction
