Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to patients in a facility setting
• Lead, coach, and support caregivers on the floor
• Monitor patient well-being and ensure quality care
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and leadership
• Solve problems and keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• State-certified Medical Assistant (Michigan)
• State Test (Michigan) Certified Required, or must take within 30 days of hire
• Experience in healthcare or working with elderly/disabled patients
• Leadership, mentorship, and strong communication skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
