Medical Assistant, Spine/Pain Management (32hrs)- Atrius Health

Key Responsibilities

• Managing patient flow, scheduling, and access to optimize clinical efficiency
• Supporting clinicians by coordinating appointments and handling patient inquiries
• Resolving patient concerns related to satisfaction, flow, and compliance
• Handling third-party requests and completing medical documentation accurately
• Monitoring practice operations, addressing issues, and advocating for patients
• Training new staff and participating in care improvement initiatives
• Rotating across departments as needed, learning operational practices

Qualifications And Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with electronic medical records and computer skills
• PREFERRED: BLS certification, 3+ years clinical experience, knowledge of testing procedures

Compensation And Benefits

• Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
