Work Schedule

Full‑time, 100% FTE, day shift. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

About the Role

Join an expert team of Pediatric Neurology professionals who provide comprehensive consultation, evaluation, and treatment of a variety of neurological disorders. The Medical Assistant (MA, CMA, RMA, CCMA, LPN) will work in a compassionate, teamwork‑focused environment that encourages innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in a compassionate environment.
• Care for pediatric patients and assist with in‑clinic procedures.
• Take vital signs, review patient histories and allergies.
• Contribute to positive outcomes for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program.
• Required licensure as an LPN, or completion of the UW Health Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program, Employee Partner Medical Assistant Program, or attainment of CCMA certification as a UW Health employee.
• Acceptance into the UW Health MA Apprenticeship Program – Accelerated, or one year of recent Medical Assistant experience with CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification.
